New Look

The 2019 Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State Annual Conference has a new look, a new logo, and a new theme. We will also have a few other interesting elements to add as well. The conference takes place October 28-30 at the Saratoga Hilton Hotel and City Center in Saratoga Springs.

As always, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from nationally renowned speakers in the field of developmental disabilities and time to meet with colleagues and friends from around the state to exchange ideas and learn about exciting programs at CP of NYS Affiliates. Several speakers have already been confirmed and others will be announced in the coming weeks.

Dr. Theodore Kastner, Commissioner of the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), will be the featured speaker on Monday, October 28 at 12:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, October 29, Peg Gould, President & CEO, The VISIONS Center of Creative Management will present a session entitled, Management Basics – A Critical Course for All Managers and a second session entitled Building Your Bench – Why It Is Important for Current Leaders to “Pay It Forward” to the Next Generation of Leaders.

We will also recognize outstanding organizations and individuals in the field of developmental disabilities at evening events on both Monday and Tuesday so, mark your calendars and watch your email and this website for updates about speakers and events.

We are looking forward to seeing you in Saratoga Springs in October!
