The deadline to register to attend the Annual Conference is Friday, October 11, 2019. After that time, you will need to contact us directly to register (518-436-0178 or info@cpstate.org).

When you register for the FULL CONFERENCE option, dinners ARE included.

If you register for either the MONDAY SESSIONS-ONLY or TUESDAY SESSIONS-ONLY options, dinner is NOT included and you must select that separately (and be charged an additional fee).

YES, you can absolutely pay by credit card (we would prefer if you do). When you register, you will see two payment options – INVOICE and PAYPAL. Click on PAYPAL, and select the option to Pay with Credit Card.

Make Check Payable To: Cerebral Palsy Association of NYS (or CP of NYS, Inc.) and include Registration Transaction ID Code on check.

YES. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at (518) 436-0178 or info@cpstate.org and we will make the change for you. Changes can also be made on-site, but we prefer you let us know as soon as you can so we can ensure name badges are available!

Refunds will be made up until October 11, 2019. After that, you may send someone as a replacement.

We have never had to reschedule the Conference and don’t foresee doing so this year.
